A workout routine is rather difficult to stick to, even for the regulars. I do commend everyone who are trying this resolution, but working out is more than a past time in a gym. It is way more than pushing a weight. Working out becomes a lifestyle, a mentality, a life-long pursuit to that perfect body….or to shed those pounds.
From what I have learned from multiple sites, a diet of complex carbohydrates, proteins, and clean calories can either produce the weight or lose the weight. For me, I am trying to add muscle mass, so I am changing my eating habits to produce a diet with a calorie surplus.
