Getting a routine is easy, but sticking to it is the punch line. Trying to stay zoned in for an hour is a drag!
I find myself to be the type of guy who will do what it takes to keep a routine going. Even if it means being in the gym late at night or running on a treadmill while watching Monday Night Raw.
Here are a few things to help for motivation.
- Prep food early. If you ain’t eating, you’re preparing food.
- LOG EVERYTHING!
- Only check weight once a week. Otherwise, you will get depressed.
- Water is your friend. CHUG THAT SHIT!
- The loss of fast food will make you feel a bit weird at first, but once it fades, you’ll feel better.
