Before I get into my own resolutions, here’s 3 reasons why they fail.
- Based on willpower , not systems.
Now, we get into my own resolutions.
- 3-5 days a week in the gym
Now, this is specific and based on a systematic approach. I got addicted to the results I was getting and caused a few injuries (pinched nerve, irritation to knee, etc). It’s time to work smarter, not harder.
- Reorganizing my home and office.
I feel the excessive clutter of my life getting to me, so it is time to clean house. I got some off time from work and I am going to use that to get some major organization done.
- Adding Taco Bell to my no-eat list.
Sorry, this is a movement. A good friend and I added McDonald’s to this list, and this year, Taco Bell gets added. Now this is a willpower one, but it is one that I want to do.
