There will be four standing committees. Each committee should have at least three members in addition to a chairperson chosen by the committee members.
Executive Committee: This committee shall be comprised of the IMAGE officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Assistant Secreatry, Newsletter Editors, and Internal and External Publicists. The responsibilities shall be to establish agendas for meetings and provide overall leadership for the organization.
Recruitment Committee: The responsibilities shall include writing letters to students, finding housing for visiting students, working with ambassadors, organizing IMAGE Week, and setting up recruitment tables at Orientation and Fall and SpringVisit Days.
Community Service Committee: The responsibilities shall include coordinating group service activities within the LOU community and having bi-weekly with the committee members.
Events Committee: The responsibilities include scheduling speakers and presentations, as well as, developing ideas for campus events and meeting with committee meetings.
